Actually we work with them in order to certify different irregularities detected in favor of our customers. Our services also include drafting of notarized certificates.

Installation Quality Audits

BB offers to measure quality of installation of new equipment.
This service is focus on that companies that delegate their installations services in third companies; in customers locations.
Measurement is to be conducted under a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) system in order to ensure a greater degree of neutrality and objectivity at the time of analyzing results.
On the basis of details provided by the company, we contact the client and make an appointment for an auditor to make an inspection and audit.
BB will issue a monthly report on critical points regarding installations and will also provide a description of each inspection conducted (including pictures).

GPS Audit

BB develop an Auditors Network in different cities in Latin America; all equipped with GPS, Pocket PC/PDA, digital cameras, film cameras and mobile phones; in order to do different geographic audits in all the continent.
Audits conducted via GPS represent a new system that affords clients greater control over their services / signal providers and customers.
This system permits accurate identification of the map corresponding to each audited area (latitude, longitude and time of the audit), scope of the service and audits number done.
